David Tsai is a Partner at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, where he serves as a co-leader of the firm’s Taiwan Practice and a resident in the San Francisco office. David is a first-chair trial lawyer and focuses his practice on intellectual property, patent, trade secret, trademark, copyright, complex breach of contract and product defect litigation in courts and international arbitration tribunals. He is the 2018 President of the Asian American Bar Association of the Greater Bay Area.
